from NHS charges if they meet one of the following conditions:
Aged under 18
Aged 18 and in full time education
Pregnant or have
had a baby in the last twelve months
They or their partner receive:
Income-based Job Seekers Allowance
Income Support
Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
Named on a current
Tax Credit exemption certificate
Named
on a current HC2 exemption certificate
Proof of exemption is required
