Charges
NHS patients will be charged at the current NHS rate unless they are
exempt from paying.

Patients are exempt from NHS charges if they meet one of the following conditions:
Aged under 18
Aged 18 and in full time education
Pregnant or have had a baby in the last twelve months

They or their partner receive:
Income-based Job Seekers Allowance
Income Support
Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
Income related Employment Support Allowance
Named on a current Tax Credit exemption certificate
Named on a current HC2 exemption certificate

Patients named on a current HC3 partial exemption certificate pay at a reduced rate.
